I began my journey back in 2007 when I earned my Eagle Scout—a milestone that shaped the values I carry with me every day: integrity, hard work, and a commitment to helping others.
After high school, I attended Eastern Connecticut State University, where I pursued a general education with a focus on business. That foundation gave me the tools to think bigger and eventually build something of my own. After college, I spent a couple of years in solar sales, gaining valuable experience working with homeowners and understanding energy solutions.
Around that time, I met my wife, who has been a huge influence in my life. She encouraged me to pursue a career in HVAC after my friend Billy Varhue told me about an accelerated program where I could complete schooling in just six months full-time. I committed fully—learning everything I could and pushing myself to master the trade.
From there, I spent 5 years in installation, followed by 4 years in service, along with experience in commercial installs. Along the way, I built not just technical skills, but a deep understanding of customer needs and what it truly means to provide reliable, honest service.
Even while working in the field, I always had a dream of starting my own business—something different. Not just another HVAC company, but one rooted in community, trust, and doing things the right way.
After the passing of my sister, everything changed. It was a turning point in my life that made me realize how short life really is. That’s when I knew I couldn’t wait any longer to pursue my dream.
That dream became Golden Eagles LLC.
Golden Eagles isn’t just a business—it’s built on values, community, and a commitment to helping people. I take pride in every job, big or small, and treat every customer like family.
I hope you’re willing to give a small, local business a chance. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you soon
